Process optimization

Heilind Electronics is one of our new customers. The company has opened a new warehouse with an electronics assembly line. The magazine was rented from the developer, which prevented the application of permanent markings to the floor and walls. At the end of the Heilind magazine, he created a showroom, which was a place of frequent visits to the company's clients, marketing employees and bystanders. The head of the plant was afraid that people in the warehouse would move to the showroom in an non -systematized way, which could lead to the loss and other potential dangers.

We had the pleasure to cooperate with a customer from the production industry, who confronted us with the challenge of optimizing a small process, which, however, had a great impact on production efficiency. The goal was to improve the process of signing cards after the production cycle in sewing positions. The improvement we introduced has allowed to increase production by as much as 36 products in one day. How is this possible?
