Visual Management Audit

Every facility looks different. Different traffic volumes, different machines, and different zone layouts. An audit is a way to ensure your signage is tailored to your space.

Visual management

What is visual management?

Visual management is a way of organizing workspaces where process status, tool locations, and deviations from standard are immediately visible, without questions, system searches, or waiting for reports. In practice, it includes horizontal markings (floor lines, storage areas, pedestrian crossings), production boards, color systems, and occupational health and safety signs, allowing the production hall to "speak" for itself.

Our visual management audit is the first step towards implementing such a system and streamlining your hall or warehouse signage. We conduct a site visit to inspect the space, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions tailored to your processes.

What does working with us look like?

1. Telephone conversation

We discuss the details: what you need, what the space is like, where any problems arise.

2. On-site inspection

We arrive on-site. We photographically document the hall or warehouse and check existing signage: lines, zones, and health and safety signs.

3. Sample Box

At the end of the visit, we leave a set of samples so that you can evaluate our products in real conditions.

4. Report with visualizations and offer

Using on-site inspection photos, we create a visualization of our solutions. We then prepare an implementation proposal.

5. Verification

You review the report and decide what to implement and when. Together, we determine the sequence.

6. Production and assembly

We manufacture in-house, so our capabilities are limitless. We can bring an assembly team to your location or ship products with installation instructions.

What are the benefits of well-planned hall signage?

Designated zones

We advise on how to organize the space. Once implemented, the warehouse has a logical division that everyone understands from day one.

Clear communication paths

Road markings indicate who should be using which route. Pedestrians, wheelchairs, and zone traffic no longer mix.

Appropriate health and safety signage

We verify where information about required protective measures is missing. We select pictograms and markings tailored to the specific zone.

Information flow under control

We design production boards with accessories that allow your team to communicate the status of your operation without unnecessary questions or walking around the shop floor.

Less downtime

Everything has its place. No one searches for tools, materials, or documentation because it's labeled and put away where it belongs.

Better quality and safety

Fewer deviations, clear rules, and a clearer space. The company can focus on production, not putting out daily fires.

When is it worth auditing the hall or warehouse signage?

    See what suits your business:

    • Employees ask where a particular tool or pallet is located.
    • The lines on the floor are worn out or do not match the new hall layout.
    • Stroller and pedestrian routes intersect without markings.
    • It takes a long time for a new person to learn where to find something.
    • The hall signage looks inconsistent.
    • Pallets are left in random locations.
    • There are dangerous situations at road intersections.

If you are struggling with any of these problems, we encourage you to use our services.

    • What should be the width of transport routes in the production hall?
Is there a fee for a visual management audit?

No. The consultation, site visit, sample box, and report are free. You only pay for the implementation if you choose to proceed.

How long does the audit and implementation take?

The on-site visit usually takes one day, and you'll receive the report within a few days. Implementation time depends on the scope of the changes.

What road markings at the workplace are covered by the audit?

Pedestrian and wheelchair routes, loading zones, and intersections. Based on this, we propose horizontal and vertical signage.

What warehouse labeling does the audit cover?

Forklift and pedestrian paths, pallet storage areas, receiving, issuing, and loading areas, and rack markings. Based on this, we propose horizontal and vertical warehouse signage.

What to choose for road markings: tape, stickers or line painting?

This depends on the amount of forklift traffic, the type of flooring, and how often you change the hall layout. During the on-site inspection, we recommend the best solution and leave samples for testing in the Sample Box.

Do you conduct audits outside of Wrocław?

Yes, we operate throughout Poland. If an on-site visit isn't possible, we begin with a free online consultation.

What should be the width of transport routes in the production hall?

It depends on the width of the truck or load, whether traffic is one-way or two-way, and whether pedestrians are also using the road. During the audit, we measure the roads on-site. You can read more about the rules in our e-book, " In-plant Traffic."
