Volvo Adaptation of assembly space
Cooperation
Our primary partner on the Volvo side is the Lean Technologies department, but this project was commissioned by the Health & Safety Department. The goal was to adapt the assembly hall space to meet the rigorous requirements of the Volvo Safety Academy.
The client tasked us with arranging the space in a way that would enable all employees to familiarize themselves with the applicable safety regulations in a comprehensive, yet easy and user-friendly manner.
Our work included preparing the facility's space, creating graphic designs, content, and installing all elements of the Safety Academy. We also created a dedicated brand hero – the Żak character – to support employees in their learning process.
We also ensured the project was tangible, allowing employees to actually learn about fire protection and personal protective equipment.
Adapting the project to the client's needs
Every component leaving the Tagatic plant meets strict durability standards and is characterized by the highest quality, visibility, and transparency. Our products operate in industrial environments, so their durability is crucial, as well as their intuitiveness and ease of use for production workers.
However, the specific nature of the Volvo project required adaptation to the customer's expectations, production space capabilities, and consistency with the company's other materials.
As part of the project, we used Tagatic products such as floor stickers, floor magnets and monomeric foil.
Consultations and advice
The entire project was the result of a series of meetings and a multi-week preparation process. It required the creation of dedicated graphic designs (including a brand hero) and strict adaptation of solutions to the company's methodology and available space.
The entire process was based on Tagatic's knowledge and experience in the field of safety and health and safety regulations, as well as on the client's original concept and expectations.
Post-implementation support
We remain in constant contact with our clients, assessing the effectiveness of implemented activities, optimization opportunities, and additional needs.
Our approach is based, on the one hand, on standardization (in terms of production and offered solutions), and on the other – on flexibility, both in planning cooperation and in post-implementation activities.
