HOMAG Poland
From site visit to finished signage
The project began with a site visit. The hall was empty at the time. This was a good time to address communication. We were free from any constraints, didn't have to bypass workstations, and had full access to every square meter of floor.
The on-site inspection allowed us to verify the client's expectations and compare them with the realities of the space. Based on this, we prepared a layout – a plan of the production space with marked pedestrian paths, forklift routes, and common areas where paths intersect. After the client approved the design, it was time for implementation.
Plan and design as the only point of reference
The painting took place in a completely empty hall. There were no machines, no workstations, no landmarks. The only things to rely on were the walls, columns, and the approved layout. This required precision and excellent organization from the painting crew—every line had to be placed exactly where planned.
appeared on the floor 4.5 km of lines – continuous and intermittent, yellow marking trolley routes and white organizing pedestrian traffic. Pedestrian crossings, fire protection envelopes, and numbered zones painted with epoxy paint were also installed. We also provided a set of stickers to complement the markings and coordinated all work on-site.

Effects
The hall has gained a clear, comprehensive horizontal communication system, ready to accommodate machines and employees. Signage was implemented in accordance with occupational health and safety standards even before the plant's launch, allowing for a smooth and safe implementation of production processes from day one.
