Heilind Electronics Systematizing Communication in the Warehouse and Showroom
Challenge
Our task was to create a comprehensive solution that would systematize communication in the warehouse and guide visitors and employees safely to the showroom, despite the inability to apply permanent markings to the floor and walls.
Solution
- Communication Design: Based on discussions with the client, we created comprehensive communication from the office exit to the showroom. This design included a facility layout that allows visitors and employees to quickly identify key warehouse elements.
- Personalization Solutions: We have created additional personalized solutions, such as storage area markings and visible “WELCOME” stickers, to ensure guests receive a warm welcome and are well-positioned.
- Safety: Additionally, we have developed safety-related elements such as fire hazard markings, door opening zones, and footers to guide guests safely to their destination.
Implementation
Our installation team prepared and installed the entire solution, which was particularly important because Heilind Electronics did not have its own maintenance department. Furthermore, the project was completed in a very short timeframe, allowing the showroom to open at the end of the month.
Results
Our solution enabled Heilind Electronics to streamline communication within the warehouse and ensure the safety of visitors and employees. The project, encompassing all communication and personalized signage, increased transparency and efficiency in the warehouse and enabled safe visits to the showroom.
