PepsiCo Employer branding with health and safety elements
About the client
PepsiCo is one of the largest food companies in the world. It has operated in Poland for over 30 years, employing thousands of people in its offices, production plants, and logistics centers. PepsiCo's portfolio includes global brands such as Lay's , Pepsi , Mirinda , Mountain Dew , and Cheetos , as well as healthy snacks and beverages. For years, the company has invested in modern workplaces designed to support employee comfort, safety, and development.
Context of cooperation

The PepsiCo HR team approached us with the idea of creating an engaging graphic story in the office space – using the heroes of the company's brands.
The main goal was:
- strengthening employer branding,
- facilitating spatial orientation,
- and raising awareness of occupational health and safety rules in an accessible and modern way.
Challenge
The project required the reconciliation of several functions:
🟡 Building a coherent graphic narrative based on brand characters (Lay's, Mirinda, Mountain Dew, Pepsi),
🟡 Designing graphics that are engaging, yet informative and compliant with internal communication and health and safety rules,
🟡 Adapting graphics to specific surfaces – windows, walls, passageways and staircases,
🟡 Integrating well-being messages, such as reminders about micro-breaks, physical activity, or stress reduction.
Solution
We started with a meeting at PepsiCo headquarters with our Project Manager and graphic designer , where we discussed the project assumptions, took measurements, and identified potential graphic mounting points.
Then we moved on to:
✔ creating a creative concept for graphic storytelling – each meeting room was named after one of the iconic brands (e.g. "Lay's Room", "Pepsi Room"), and the characters appearing in the designs served as guides to health and safety rules,
✔ developing graphic designs – combining elements of visual brand identification with clear, humorous messages,
✔ introducing occupational health and safety markings – on stairs, walls and in the form of a large information graphic at the entrance to the hall, regarding the use of personal protective equipment (helmet, shoes, clothing, headphones).
