Adapting the project to the client's needs
When creating the design, we relied on concept photos provided by the client. Our task was to develop the entire production process and prepare a quote and visualization. After the client approved the costs, we moved on to the next stages: preparing the final graphic files, their approval, and then producing the totems in our own facility.
Consultations and advice
Consultation is a key element of every project, where we create custom solutions that go beyond the typical product list. Selecting the appropriate and proven technology for the product's production was essential. Close collaboration with the client enabled us to improve the product's functionality (both during the design and production stages).
When dealing with such a complex task, we always focus on transparent implementation, which includes multi-stage verification, both by our experts and the client.
Post-implementation support
Due to the unique nature of the product, we decided to collect post-implementation feedback and conduct a satisfaction and usability survey of the proposed solution. This demonstrated the functionality and usefulness of the totems we created.
At the same time, the totem is designed to be easily personalized without the need for redesign and production (e.g., by replacing the dry-erase stickers). Furthermore, we offer clients the option of purchasing dedicated accessories or expanding the finished product.
