About the client
Auto Partner is a dynamically growing capital group that supplies products to automotive repair shops and stores across the country and abroad. At the turn of 2025/2026, it plans to launch a modern, fully automated logistics and warehousing center in Zgorzelec, which will be a key point in the company's future expansion.
As the Group's vice-president emphasizes, the new center is a key element in the development of Auto Partner's infrastructure and a step towards even more effective customer service in Poland and Europe.
As part of the infrastructure development at Auto Partner in Zgorzelec, Tagatic completed comprehensive signage for the warehouse and implemented a horizontal health and safety communication system. The project included both a site inspection and the installation of signage to prepare the warehouse for logistics and warehousing operations.
Horizontal health and safety communication as support for logistics and safety
The initial communication concept was developed by an external designer, but before work began it was necessary to:
- Verification of the plan with the actual spatial layout of the new hall.
- Supplementing the project with elements not included in the original documentation.
- Selection of appropriate materials (stickers, tapes) and technologies (permanent painting of some markings) for the industrial conditions and specific nature of the centre's operation.
- Coordination of implementation teams and supervision of timely implementation.
Solution
Tagatic undertook a comprehensive project management – from space audit, through plan modification, to the implementation of markings:
✔ Site visit: thorough analysis of space, transport routes and functional zones.
✔ Design: adaptation and development of the existing concept in accordance with the hall's realities and health and safety standards.
✔ Coordination of execution: supervision of the work of the execution team, including external crew, and quality control at every stage.

👍 Modern traffic signs increased safety, traffic flow and prepared the hall for the launch of logistics processes.
