The rules are simple:

➡ The first 5 companies that meet the requirements will receive a free audit!
1. General provisions
- The controller of your personal data is DPI sp. z o. o. ul. Fabryczna 14, 53-609 Wrocław, NIP: 8982136566 , hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
- The competition is run via the Tagatic.com and the Tagatic on LinkedIn.
- The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn.
2. Duration of the competition
- The competition runs from the date of publication of the advertisement on the Tagatic profile on LinkedIn until the selection of five winning companies that meet the conditions set out in these regulations.
- The organizer reserves the right to end the competition early if 5 winners are selected.
3. Conditions of participation
- The competition participant may be a person representing a company (B2B) operating in Poland, from the industrial, manufacturing, warehousing or logistics sector.
- To take part in the competition, you must:
- Incomplete entries, entries containing incorrect information or entries submitted after the competition has ended will not be considered.
4. Rules for selecting winners
- The first five companies that meet all the conditions specified in point 3 will receive the competition prize.
- Winners will be notified via email or LinkedIn within 5 business days of the competition closing date.
- The competition results may be published on Tagatic's LinkedIn profile.
5. Prize
- The prize in the competition is a free industrial marking audit worth PLN 1,999 net .
- The audit includes an on-site inspection, signage analysis, photographic documentation and a report with recommendations.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other entities.
6. Personal data
- The administrator of participants' personal data is DPI sp. z o. o.
- Participants' data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and contacting participants, in accordance with the Privacy Policy .
- Participants have the right to access their data, rectify it, limit its processing, delete it and object.
7. Final provisions
- Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations or cancel the competition for important reasons (e.g. technical errors, abuse).
- In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
